A rich & complex flavoured Marbled Purple Stripe. The clove skins peel away easily. A nice feature to know if you use a lot of garlic. One of our favourites!. Strong hot garlic, 5-8 cloves often with lots of red to purple colour on skin and clove wrappers. Lots of fat cloves like Music & Norquay. Thrives in cold climates; a great choice for those in cold winter areas.
