This variety performs well in cooler northerly climates and has become a mainstay at our farm. Produces large, long lasting bulbs.

Description / Size:- Slender upright leaves.
- 5-8 cloves/bulb
- Often with red to purple colour on the clove and bulb wrappers.
- Clove skins peel away easily; great for cooking!
- A rich and complex flavour, with an onion-like aftertaste.
- Medium heat.
Storage: 6-8 months
Growing Info: Likes our well drained sandy loam.
