A Porcelain variety, popular for it’s high yield and medium hot, true garlic flavour.. Porcelains yield larger bulbs & are great for baking. Easy to grow, it produces between 4 and 7 large easy to peel cloves per bulb. Shiny White outer skin, thus the porcelain name and some pink- to brown tinged clove skins, depending on the growing season.
